Most people have douts about these African nations like Nigeria due to the poverty of the African contiant how every African are really pashionate about their football. They are only the contiant in the world the spends millions of dollars in founding and developing their team so never underestimate the Africans when it comes to football. eventhough nigeria got the silver medals in 2008 and gave argentina a hard time for the net but to me it’s a little reminder that there are a great football team for the future of the world. right now the Super Eagles are winning in their group and hopefully to FIFA 2010. i think this team could pull it off, just have to pray.

nothing could have made one felt more nostalgic than this clip. i could not help saying those were the days when eagles were eagles. days we had the likes of oliseh, amokachie,amunike etc when the very presence of eagles inspired every nigerian;seems to me those days are gone for good

i agree with you we were so close to the quater finals to face spain which we would have proablly won to go to the semis but the P.K stopped us from going any further hope they qualifly for 2010 and do extremlly well better than any african nation has done before.
