Soccer Tips & Moves : How to Kick Hard in Soccer

In order to kick a soccer ball hard, the plant foot needs to be right beside the ball, and the hips need to move right over the ball. Keep the toes and laces down to kick a soccer ball hard with help from a soccer coach in this free video on the sport of soccer.

how do you kick …
how do you kick harder, with your laces, or basically on the holes of the laces (to the inside of your foot) if u know what i mean.
i think its slightly to the inside since thats the hardest part of your foot.
