    Ummm, actually, …
    Ummm, actually, you’re an idiot. American football and rugby are nothing alike. Football (Grid Iron) is a North American game, far, far different from rugby. Rugby is called rugby, and soccer is called soccer. Just so we’re clear; swimming is called swimming, tennis is called tennis, and golf is called golf. Got it?

  21. BadDreamHouse Says:

    Right. So instead …
    Right. So instead of teaching my son the fundementals of the game– like passing, shooting, marking, positional play, defense– he’s just supposed to “DO IT!” it, i’ll just put him in rugby where little who dive and flail around on the pitch like they’ve been shot for a living get sorted out proper. You can certainly teach passion. The only thing in sport you can’t teach is speed. And we already have a game called “football” in North America, so we call it soccer. Deal with it.

  23. BadDreamHouse Says:

    @1996dannyg Drop it …
    @1996dannyg Drop it brother. It’s called Soccer in North America, just like Football is called Grid Iron in (parts of) Europe and Australia. It’s the wrong name, but it would be awfully confusing otherwise; especially for global sports fans.

  24. BadDreamHouse Says:

    I learned how to …
    I learned how to skate and shoot on a frozen pond
    at -25 degrees C, and I wasn’t poor either.
    That’s what makes sports awesome.

  25. BadDreamHouse Says:

    @ivanovic99 I …
    @ivanovic99 I appreciate the reply, and the translation. “Gringos” will never reach the calibre of Euros or Latins, it’s just not ingrained in the blood. I do take personal offense to somebody who uses a racist statement towards somebody else who’s trying to post a video so somebody can learn something. It’s like me telling somebody from Venezuela who’s taken an interest in Hockey that they’re inferior for not knowing how to skate or shoot a puck.
