Another recent addition to the list of football games online is a type of fantasy game based on reality. It is known by typical names such as “NFL Manager”. This is a web-based game in which the users can select a particular team comprising the leading current players. Each current player will have a monitory value. There will be constraints on spending money and the composition of the team. If the players you have selected perform well on the actual NFL matches, you get points based on their performance. The person who gets the maximum points at the end of a season will be the winner of this fantasy game.

Does anyone know of a free online american football game that only requires mouse control?
I am a spinal cord injured person and cannot game even with my adaptive onscreen keyboard.

On shockwave.com it’s something like two minute football 3d. You can control the whole game with the mouse. Basically you have helmets as your players and they can run routes. You can pick from several plays and even create your own plays. The game is surprisingly deep with three levels of play which each have games against about four or five teams of varying difficulties. It’s really fun, I’ve been playing it for years. One thing though, to snap the ball I usually use the top arrow key to save time before I get sacked. You can hit an on screen arrow with the mouse but sometimes that takes too long. I really hope the game works out for you. Best wishes.
