  1. Well said! I feel …
Well said! I feel that the “Eurosnob” is just a term people use to belittle people that appreciate the European leagues when usually there is good reason that they follow them. You may appreciate a video I just made about this very subject:

  2. This was an …
This was an interesting video. I love soccer and yes I personally prefer the European leagues (due to their system, not because of quality), but I am glad that MLS is slowly and surely helping the game become more popular here. I actually made a video about this quite recently:

    this guy is a …
this guy is a genius and a union fan!

  4. Hamlet137475 Says:

    i guess im a …
i guess im a european soccer snob, but i don’t like the mls structure, it’s too commercialized, i really like the tradition and history clubs have in europe, it’s less mascot and more about where you’re from and your home. names of some mls clubs frustrate me, like ny red bulls, wish there was a new jersey fc or sumthin to support. the playoff system is also unfair and stupid. hopefully down the road, there will be a relegation system as soccer becomes more popular.

  5. AlpacaNYC Says:

    its quaility …
its quaility because MLS is full of mediocre defenders. Montero great striker, yet Colombia dont even give him a 2nd look. those “quality” players cant even get past Mexican defense yet they want to play Copa Libertadores?

  6. kevin maldonado Says:

    I think they need …
I think they need to bring it back on espn and fox soccer channel so people could actually get to watch the mls games most games are not broadcasted and that is not good for the mls and soccer in the usa.

  7. This is such a …
This is such a great video! Thank you!

  8. TageSavage Says:

    I played and was a …
I played and was a fan of all 4 major North American Sports, now as an adult I’m in love with the beautiful game. There’s nothing worse than a soccer hater (other than a soccer snob). I’ve got a buddy who’s an Arsenal fan like me but doesn’t support our local (the TImbers) which should be an easy task- I just gotta take him to one game, too bad we’re both broke jokers who can’t afford such a hot ticket. Either way, RCTID

  9. chrisfur2 Says:

    one of the reasons …
one of the reasons why its called football is because the BALL is a FOOT long. and because the early rules only allowed the ball to be moved forward by running or on foot. yeah thats pretty much it lol.

  10. djnordic1 Says:

    this really isn’t …
this really isn’t true…ref’s all over the world make questionable calls every weekend.

  11. BornOnTheBayou22 Says:

    Why does everyone …
Why does everyone make a big deal on what the sport is called? who cares!! Its a beautiful game all around the world. Just enjoy and love the game…why do europeans always get made with americans? Because we are bad at everything? Why do british people hate us? Because we defeated them in war to win over this great country we call the good ole U S Of A!!!

  12. acmilanfan80gr Says:

    you know what i …
you know what i find funny. is that the biggest sports in america the “athletes” are all obese
were as if you look at a football pitch do you see any one who is not ripped. kind of says some-thing about america

  13. AbsolutChaos Says:

    One thing I think …
One thing I think that can help with MLS’s status getting better is more/better training for the refs…they make …questionable decisions more often than not

  14. Makemyday242 Says:

    Why would does …
Why would does Yanks call it “real” football if they don’t even play it with their feets?? American footbal is for people who didn’t make it trough balletclass or the US army.

  15. I think MLS needs …
I think MLS needs to be on ESPN. I haven’t lived in the good ol’ USA for a few years now so I stream the games online, but I remember wanting to puke when I’d see like the Indy 500 on ESPN and the USMNT game on ESPN2, or worse FSC (which you’d have to pay extra for).

Not only that, but am I the only one that thinks we need British announcers for MLS/MNT games?!? All respect to Lalas and Twellman for their skills, but there’s nothing worse than watching a goal and “….it’s in the net!”

  16. BornOnTheBayou22 Says:

    “Doop” I think is …
“Doop” I think is when philadelphia union scores a goal…Its a song they sing. Go LA Galaxy!

  17. Doop?
    Doop?

  18. HLmilkcarton Says:

    its football
    its football

  19. dodgerstakeit13 Says:

    It’s getting way …
It’s getting way better. I’m a Chivas USA fan (I know but hey we’re working hard on getting back to where we used to be) and I actually converted most of my friends into football fans. If we actually put it on the main channels like NBC, ABC, and FOX along with ESPN and Fox Soccer, its popularity should grow

  20. outlandier Says:

I think the MLS is …
I think the MLS is getting better. The first thing to do is to stop bringing retirees and find talents inside the US. i watched street games in my city, and I can tell that there are many guys who play pretty well, but no teams to join!

  21. Well keep the face …
Well keep the face up! Its gives a “serious” atmosphere to the interview! lol

  22. Soccer >> American …
    Soccer >> American FootBall

  23. rmackaccts Says:

    Philly doesn’t have …
Philly doesn’t have a soccer history? Now I’m not sure how far back the sport existed in that city but I know the city supported a NASL team back in the day and the Union has been great with their attendance today.

  24. TheJimmyConrad Says:

    Because I can’t …
Because I can’t hear! The audio wasn’t working properly on my end so I was concentrating on listening so I didn’t miss anything important in the conversation. Though, it would be a funnier visual if I said I was sitting on the toilet while I did this interview.

  25. gringofreestyler Says:

    This normally falls …
This normally falls under the case of an attacking player taking a chance in the attacking 3rd of the pitch. There are times and places in a match that you shouldn’t do this. Neymar is a smart enough footballer that he knows to mostly do this in the attacking 3rd. If you are creative and take chances, you are more likely to score. It’s all about doing it in the right parts of the field and not being predictable.
