The atmosphere was electric at Harvard Stadium, April, 10, 2011, as the Harvard men’s soccer team faced the Haiti national team in an international friendly. The game ended in a 0-0 tie, with Haiti taking the victory on penalty kicks, 4-1.

It was a nice gesture by Harvard University to put on this match to help raise money for Haiti.. I noticed some comments about how the Haiti team doesn’t look like a National team, its because, its their C team, they were a bunch of 17- 19 year olds. Moreover, it was a decent game.

why the did they play a college team? Harvard dont even come close to the top soccer team in USA and haiti cant even beat them in reqular time. Just a shame!

@dessalinesable why would i appreciate nor why would i care? im not a soccer fan, im a football guy, and this is sad that a national pro soccer team just barely beat a college team and then proceeded to go nuts about it after the game. i just think it’s stupid.
