Not all fats make you fat. Some fats can even make you skinny! Well, they can help you lose weight and keep it off when combined with exercise and a nutritional diet and attitude.  And “which fats are these miracle fats?” you ask. They’re the omega 3 fatty acids that you get from fish oil.

Grand Bahama Island – On location at the Freeport Football Rugby Camp, the Premier League once again makes this summer camp possible for almost two hundred children. The camp caters to boys and girls ages six to sixteen years. Many local coaches assist with the program, which runs from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.
